**Please read carefully before sending through contact request**

99.9% of all requests are for issues with logging into the platform to access paid purchases. This includes Look & Shoot and UnF*ck Your Golf Swing. If this isn’t you then please skip and head straight to the form below. If you are having issues, then please keep reading.

Here are some of the common issues golfers have accessing their purchases

IMPORTANT FOR NEW USERS – DO NOT reset your password first time. Please register via the welcome email titled “[Cameron Strachan] Verify your email to access your courses” and hit the “Sign in to your account” button within the email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder as the email typically arrives within 30 seconds of purchasing. Or, do a search for “Verify your email to access your courses” or my name, “Cameron Strachan” inside your email program. Please take your time to look – they system ALWAYS sends the email. 

From there you will register your account by entering your password and then confirming the password. Hit “Complete Registration” and you’re done. All your purchases are accessible from here. Issues are caused by the following:

1. An incorrect email at time of order (you’ll know this if you haven’t received ANY emails from Cameron). Please use the form below immediately as we can fix this fairly quickly & easily.

2. Login credential emails have gone to your spam/junk folder (unfortunately this is happening more and more). The password emails are system generated and don’t always dodge the spam/security checks – so PLEASE check your entire email program before using form below.

3. Some email addresses are blocking all sent emails and we’ll need to find a workaround. This is usually caused by a sensitive security check enabled on your end.

4. Multiple reset of password attempts are tripping up many clients. Our strongest advice is to reset ONCE only – wait (10-15 minutes) until new password reset email arrives (check spam folder), follow instructions in that email, enter details exactly into this page.

5. Not entering password or emails correctly. I know this is obvious but some are not doing it properly. We recommend the copy and paste feature, especially for the password.

Note: Once logged in, you can change your password to something memorable (click your name inside the portal). This is only applicable for those who have reset their password.

6. If you have ordered the UFYGS audiobook as part of your order, the audiobook is inside the main UFYGS product (please see emails or documentation once you log in)

If you are still having issues logging in (and you are sure you entered the correct email address), then your issue will be forwarded to my IT Support Team. And depending on the time and day you log your request – wait times can be 12-24 hours (usually). Over the weekend or public holidays it can be longer. For this reason, I respectfully ask that you follow the instructions above FIRST. Almost all issues are caused by user error by NOT following the above steps.
